Over the years, she has done consulting with regard to many issues facing aviation operators, such as drug testing and human factors. She has extensive operational experience in the on-demand Part 135 environment as well as corporate and fractional flight operations. Additionally, she has a diversified training background, having served as a FlightSafety, International instructor and as a faculty member for various University Aviation programs. Her areas of expertise include corporate flight operations, regulatory compliance, human factors, safety and training. Dr. Klemm is a certified IS-BAO auditor, a published author and accomplished speaker. She understands the demands facing corporate flight departments both domestically and internationally, in this challenging time.
Barbara A. Her experience includes extensive overseas flight operations, Part 121 passenger and cargo operations, and all aspects of flight crewmember training. Barbara has the distinction of being a member of the first all female C-130 Hercules crew. In addition to her extensive airline background, Ms. Snoden has a diversified training background, having served as a Northwest Airlines aircrew training instructor on the A320 and DC-9 and as a faculty member for various University Aviation programs. Her areas of expertise include safety, Part 121 operations, international operations, and training. She presently is a member of the FAA Part 135 Rulemaking Committee and the NBAA Safety Committee. She is a certified IS-BAO auditor as well as a published author and accomplished speaker.
